The NAEP mentions itself several times throughout the information.  Parents, teachers, and members of the public are mentioned indirectly.  National Assessment Governing Board is available to make complaints to.  The Secretary of Education is mentioned indirectly.  The House and the Senate are also mentioned because of their education committees.


Audience and Agenda:

The NAEP is also called the National Assessment for Educational Progress.  It is a governmental organization that supports and enforces the No Child Left Behind act.

Usefulness:
This article was not interesting so much as it was useful in explaining several aspects of the act that were not clear before.  It taught me more about levels of participation, assessments and public access.
