Title: Right Problems-Wrong Solutions (Education)
Summary:

President Obama is mentioned in terms of his “Not State of the Union” speech.  The state of California is mentioned in terms of its tax rates.

Audience and Agenda:
This is a blog from https://www.blogger.com/start. It is available to the general public, but its audience consists of very few. He has 583 profile views at the time this note was written.

Usefulness:
This was an interesting take on the public education system and where it is failing.  The blogger does not believe that more money should be put in the failing system, and that more money should be given to higher education (universities).  While it was an interesting approach, not giving public schools more funding does not seem to be the answer to anything.  The blogger also sited his facts and statistics, which was useful.
